Omer Moore

A qualified solicitor, a partner and the head of the immigration department. She has been working in Immigration and Asylum law since 1994 and has a particular interest and knowledge of asylum law. She has extensive experience in representing asylum seekers at all levels of the appeal stage including High Court and Court of Appeal cases. Omer represented the appellants in the test case on exclusion from teh Refugee Convention under Art1(f) (MH (Syria) v SSHD & DS (Afghanistan) v SSHD), a number of nationality cases and has prepared cases to the ECHR.

Omer is the firm's franchise representative in immigration matters for the Legal Services Commission. Omer also holds a doctorate in Hebrew literature.
