Omer Moore
A qualified solicitor, a partner and the head of the immigration department. She has been working in Immigration and Asylum law since 1994 and has a particular interest and knowledge of asylum law. She has extensive experience in representing asylum seekers at all levels of the appeal stage including High Court and Court of Appeal cases. In 2008 Omer has been involved in two recent test cases at the Court of Appeal concerning the refusal of British nationality and exclusion from the refugee convention.
Omer is the firm's franchise representative in immigration matters for the Legal Services Commission. She is currently an immigration peer reviewer for the LSC. Omer also holds a doctorate in Hebrew literature.
