Sara C Hill
Sara C Hill is a solicitor and Head of the Family Department. She joined Trott & Gentry in June 2010, having previously worked in a Legal 500 firm in the Home Counties. Sara has specialised in private family law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003.
Sara has extensive experience in all areas of family proceedings. She has acted for an array of clients in relation to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships; high value financial proceedings and property disputes; maintenance provision and child support; family law act proceedings for injunctions due to violence and intimidation, and issues relating to children such as paternity testing, contact, residence and child abduction.
Sara is often instructed for her ability to relate to clients from a variety of backgrounds and talk to them in a language they understand. One of her strengths lies in resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way, when it is not in either party's interest to litigate.
