Stanley Saffer
Stanley Saffer is the Head of the Litigation department and also a Senior Partner at the firm. Having qualified in 1976 Stanley practiced in all areas of litigation commercial law and commercial and residential conveyancing. Stanley has been a partner since 1980 and the firm has continued to grow under his leadership. Stanley's multi-disciplinary background led to him wishing to establish Trott & Gentry as a firm which is able to provide a wide range of legal services so that any individual client would be able to obtain the assistance they required at one place.
Stanley over thirty years in law means that he rarely comes across a case which he has not previously experienced and is therefore able to take a practical approach to his work.
Stanley Saffer is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and has carried out a variety of Mediations over the years. Mediations can apply to all manner of disputes, but in particular to contractual claims, personal injury claims, landlord and tenant claims, inheritance claims and partnership disputes. Stanley's experience as a mediator is invaluable when it comes to negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients and also in non contentious property matters which increasingly requires good negotiating skills.
